Are you expecting a baby in January 2023? Join us for a day of fun, relaxation and information sharing.

How does a free day of pregnancy related activities, demonstrations and talks sound to help prepare you for your birth?

We will be hosting a Bump to Birth Activity Day and would love to see you join us if you are expecting. The event will take place on:

Sunday 6 Nov at Buile Hill Park Hall, Salford

With informative talks from healthcare professionals, and activities such as pregnancy yoga to participate in, there is something for everyone in this drop-in day.

The event is free to attend – booking is required so that we can monitor numbers and provide for all those who would like to come. You are welcome to come with prams and any little ones you might like to bring along.

The activity day is run by the team behind First Breath, a project that will project beams of light to celebrate the first gasp of breath for babies born in January 2023. You can find more information about getting involved with the project here.
