We offer discounts for disabled people, and we can provide a Personal Assistant ticket free of charge if you require one.

Please follow the instructions below to book access tickets:

1. Before selecting your tickets, please register or log in to your account - ‘My Account’
2. Select your access requirements under ‘Other Preferences’
3. If you require a Personal Assistant ticket, please make sure to select that preference.
4. Return to the event page and select a disabled ticket and Personal Assistant ticket.
5. Continue to checkout and the personal assistant ticket, should reduce to £0.00.

The only way the online system will reduce your PA ticket to £0.00 will be if you have logged in, you’ve chosen your access requirements and personal assistant preference.

You will only need to set your access preferences once. This will now allow you to book any future discounted personal assistant tickets online.

You must always log into your account before booking tickets, to get the full personal assistant discount.

If you have already set up an account and selected your access requirements, please make sure to log in to your account before trying to book tickets. After logging in please return to your chosen event page.

If you make an access booking, we will contact you shortly before your chosen event with detailed access information.
